Welcome to allosincome.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Eligibility and Registration
- To use the Service, you must register by providing accurate and complete information as requested. Only one account per individual is permitted; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject registration requests at our sole discretion.
2. Approval Process
- After registration, your account will undergo an approval process. Approval times may vary from instant to several months, depending on our review capacity. We currently approve between 5 and 15 new users per month.
3. Activation Fee
- Upon approval, you must pay an activation fee consisting of a non-refundable registration fee ($25) and refundable trading capital. Examples include:
* $125 total: $25 non-refundable, $100 refundable.
* $250 total: $25 non-refundable, $225 refundable.
* $500 total: $25 non-refundable, $475 refundable.
* $1000 total: $25 non-refundable, $975 refundable.
- The non-refundable registration fee covers administrative costs, while the trading capital is fully refundable upon account cancellation, subject to these Terms.
4. Trading Capital Activation
- Your trading capital will be activated after payment. For the first 30 days, refunds and returns are unavailable to allow the system sufficient time to execute trades and generate returns. After this period, your trading capital becomes 100% refundable at your discretion, subject to the refund process outlined below.
5. Monthly Returns
- Once activated, you will receive monthly returns based on your trading capital, credited between the 1st and 7th of each month. Examples include:
* $100 trading capital: approximately $5 monthly (5% return).
* $225 trading capital: approximately $12 monthly (5.3% return).
* $475 trading capital: approximately $30 monthly (6.3% return).
* $975 trading capital: approximately $70 monthly (7.2% return).
- Returns are estimates and not guaranteed; actual returns may vary due to market conditions.
- Withdrawal requests for returns are approved only between the 1st and 7th of each month.
6. Referral Program
- If you refer someone to the Service and they complete registration, pay the activation fee, and maintain an active account, you will receive gift items as a reward. The specific nature, value, and delivery of these gift items are determined at our discretion and may change without notice. Gift items are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Ending Trading and Refunds
- To end trading, you must cancel all active trading in your account and request a refund. Upon cancellation, monthly returns will cease immediately, and your trading capital will be refunded in full (100%). Participation in the referral program will also end upon cancellation.
- Refund requests are processed and approved between the 21st and 27th of each month.
8. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to manipulate trades, bypass restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., falsifying referrals).
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific investment returns, the uninterrupted availability of the Service, or the provision of referral gift items.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity. This includes misuse of the referral program.
- Upon termination, your trading capital will be refunded per the refund process, minus any outstanding fees or obligations, and referral rewards will no longer be provided.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
